...that would cause you to edit. Sometimes I worry that gemela may not be posting but might be surfing. I sometimes wonder if she might not read my posts. I have never really been one to "make fun" of gemela or joke about her in front of others. Like most husbands I did that very early on in our marriage. It lasted about two months or so before gemela showed me how much that hurt her. I did not like the way it made me felt. That is why I edited it. I thought it was disrespectful. I think I can tease her about her shoes. Boots are sacred and taboo to discuss.

I thought that's why you edited. It wasn't disrespectful - it was cute and charming. It was the sort of thing my H would say.

Well yes okay and I was talking about shaving my facial hair but I just to get so many ingrown hairs when I was younger. I used to get great pleasure from digging them out. Maybe that is what I am missing - I need ingrown hairs to make me happy. They are an EN!
I posted in my thread that gemela was now trimming her privates. I discovered this because it was painful for me. It still bothers me and I know it is a result of the A.

It was the sort of thing my H would say. It is the sort of thing I would say to gemela alone and to her face. It is not the sort of thing I would tell anyone else - although I did. It just made me feel bad. I felt wrong.

Nope, you were right.
Something weird is going on and it's the first time I've ever felt really unsafe here.

What drew my attention was the very last question on the original post of the survey. Don't know why. it is also strange that McCkracken has suddenly disappeared and Lateralus magically shows up. There is also the totally illogical explanation hiding the true agenda.
I feel like there is/are predator(s) in our midst.
I think both posters have tipped their hands just a bit.

Predator. Good word.
It's sort of silly we can be read here as well as anywhere else but it feels sort of safer.
It's like Idiotville - we used to bury all sorts of important stuff (real MB stuff) in there, knowing no one would bother reading it.

I can see it now. McCracken/Lateralus - pretty soon he will be trying to do the Clark Kent/Superman thing. Posting on two computers at exactly the same time to convince us he is two different people.
You come to a forum for support in the most difficult time of your life as you more eloquently put it a bit earlier. Then a predator comes along to take a survey of your personal information. Why would anybody do that? Then why would a brand new user who has never been here before suddenly come to that guy's defense? Shouldn't this new user be more focused on helping people with problems since he is such a wizard at saving marriages?
I am sorry I slept through the masturbation thread. I am sure it was good. I wish I were in a different time zone.

Phew, I think it's safe now. Interesting that Hanzo always appears during troublesome times as well. I did a search. Wow. Helpful poster - not.
Anyway, Traic, it sounds like things are a little better between you and Gemela. Do you know something? I bet that little weasel (the OM) has put all this behind him now. It's a good thing in a way that he's such a loser. Reality will dawn on G very quickly I think.
We had a friend who left a woman behind in Sweden. She was prepared to leave her H and small children for him. He came into H's bookstore one day and said to H what a narrow escape he'd had and that leaving the country (Sweden) was the best thing he ever did. He also said to my H that he (H) should try it, it was fun. H practically frog marched him out of the shop and hasn't seen him since. They were friends since High School.

I am shocked and amazed at how well things seem to be going right now between gemela and me. My best guess is that she is over the worst of the withdrawal, plan A seems to have had a significant impact, she is now focused on golf which occupies much of her time, etc. She is making new friends.
As for us, she is very affectionate, caring, calling me periodically for no "real" reason. Our SF hiatus is over. She is prioritizing and organizing her activities, the kids, the house all very well. She now will say she loves me, etc.
As for me, the OM never crosses my mind. Sometimes the A does but I don't dwell on it. I certainly don't sense the OM between us any more. I am leaving it up to gemela to decide whether she will choose to be happy again in the M and I am doing my part to be happy in my life. Suitcases are out of the closet and back in storage. She now has cash and credit cards back in hand.
We still don't communicate much about the past. We are not communicating much about EN's, etc. Things are going well and yet it would not surprise me to learn of her getting into a brand new A. I just don't have too many expectations nad, if things eventually work out, great. I think she is still hoping that this will all just vanish some day. She has shown no remorse that I can tell.
This is all really strange because a few short days ago I was ready to file for divorce over a hot dog. While the hot dog was just a blip, it is also a reminder that we are far from home free.

KiwiJ,
I wasn't exactly a fox key ring but I took gemela out last night. I lied and told her I had to pick something up from the office. We instead went to the pro shop and she picked out a new putter. I didn't care whether she wanted it, thanked me for it, appreciated it - nothing. I think she needed it so I did it for me.

Forgot to mention - she told me she needs new golf shoes. I wonder if there is such a thing as golf boots? Two birds/one stone so to speak.

New golf shoes as well? <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />
I wore my new boots today and felt like a million dollars in them. <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Problem is what damage stiletto heels would do to the greens. On the other hand, maybe it is just a matter of marketing. Stiletto heels could be sold as golf course aeration technology.
Either that or just put a tiny little spike on the bottom. Wouldn't look good though. Gemela found some zebra print and leapord print golf shoes with matching gloves. Guess what?
