So I pick up the Wookie from work last night and we go over to VDs house to get the babies. It took a long time at the door, but as Wookie is leading them to the truck, I get out and hear (*$^&^(@Q*& coming from the closed door, "TAKE OFF THAT BADGE AND GUN AND I'LL KICK YOUR A$$!" That kind of stuff...from the CLOSED door. I hear it all...I'm at the street. "YOU'RE NOT A REAL COP...YADAYADAYADA!" Mija turns around and yells, "My daddy is TOO a real cop, Alfredo...." I scoop her up and say, "Lets get in the truck...we don't need to hear this stuff baby. We don't need to be in the middle of this."
This kid was going to turn around and yell at that huge guy...she was standing up for her dad....OMG!
Why was he pissed? Apparently he didn't like the way the Wookie knocked on the door.
WTF)(*$^&#^&%$^#%@$#%$ kind of bs is that????
and WTF(*&^%#$@#$%$$$## is he thinking yelling around the kids like that????
Wookie and I got the kids in their car seats and left. Since he made threats against a peace officer, we called and made an information report...if for anything to COA in case he escallates this....
How can she let this guy yell and scream like that in front of ANY of the kids? How can she choose this for them???
I'm appalled. APPALLED!
And my bio kids were with us. They understand this...what was going on...this is a freaking fracking nightmare.

What's the sitch with the home study? Ours is next Wed. Doesn't look like VD is cooperating with the Home Study lady....her exact words were, "I'll bet your lawyer is doing her...." She thinks since we were ordered by the court to pay for it that the lady will rule in our favor. Whatever. Personally, I think she's too lazy to do the work involved...ie, clean up the house, go have the criminal background check done (which will turn up lots of stuff on her), etc. Sometimes I wonder WHAT THE HECK WAS HE THINKING???!

She's so full of crap. If she was concerned about the payment affecting the home study, she'd pay it herself.
How long do you think she can stall on that stuff before the courts get fed up?

Dob - one month is all she gets. Our stuff'll be done this month....so she has till the end of July.
>makes WOOKIE look like a moron!
Well, this insider looking out thinks so too...and it makes me sad.
I wonder at how that lost idiot turned into the together/planned based person he is now.
Oy. My head hurts.

Kimmy, if you win custody, what do you think she'll do? Seriously do worry that things could get really nasty. It must be he!!ish dealing with this day in, day out. TT

Move to the outskirts of the county line.
Seriously.
If we win custody, pick up and drop offs will be her responsibility. She will either have to learn to drive and get a car or sponge off friends to help her get the kids.
I don't see either happening....and the last part, if it does happen that she has friends help her, that probably won't last long either.

Hey Kimmy,
Wow, thought I had problems (well, ok I do ;-)).
I feel for you. I believe I know how you feel for all the kids. Stinks that OW has to be such a nut ball to let BF be such an A$$.
I can only imagine that Wookie must think to himself "what was I thinking?????????".
My heart goes out to you and the Wookie, TroubledH

Pep I SUSPECT it....I know she drinks so much she doesn't remember what she says or does. I've been on the receiving end of her D&D (drinking and dialing), then the subsequent phone calls where she denies anything said. Thank goodness for phone recorders. Thanks bubs. I've been trying to tell you on your thread that once you realize you're at the bottom it's time to look up. The Wookie is living proof you can redeem yourself.

If anything is reportable to CPS, we do it.
The last time we had to call was because she and the bf got into a fight and he hit her in front of the kids. She then proceeded to get lit, and called the Wookie to pickup the kids because "she couldn't take care of them while drunk." Yah, bob....
Actually, I think she wanted the Wookie to save her again...backfired cos we called the police and cps about it. It's all logged in their files which are being pulled for the Home Study Lady (HSL).
This that happened last night is in the police files...which will also be pulled for HSL.

PS - I could hear your skin crawling when I wrote about her drinking Pep. I know how you feel about that.

Yes.
That has it's downside, too. If she hadn't I'd lay money that she'd be pg by boyfriend and if her past behavior is any indication, she'd push our two aside for the new one.
But as for being a drain on natural resources (like air), she can't add anymore.
We can help ours...the other 4....(shaking my head)
