Seesaw behavior, ranging from anger to indifference to sightings of your former husband.

Try not to second guess yourself when you see his mood changes. Things like when you see him happy, you suspect he's back in contact. Or if he's behaving angry you suspect he's back in contact. You can drive yourself nutz trying to contantly take his NC temperature.

If you want to know if he's in contact, ask him. If you don't believe him, snoop.

Good luck, Hon.

H currently seems to be going through withdrawal. Most of the time he doesn't seem to want to talk to me but if I initiage talking he will reply. He is here physically but that's it for the most part.

I am trying not to take anything he does as signs and just let him have some space to work things out. I am also staying away from relationship talks for now.

As far as me, I'm less emotional on most days, (more days without tears now then in earlier months). <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I still have my occassional bad days but I'm starting to make plans on things I plan on doing.

I've told H a few things I need in order for me to believe he wants to work on us, so until I see those things then I will not continue to think of him as a walkaway hubby.

I'm lost at this point on what if anything I should do from this point forward. Any suggestions?

Please keep us in your thoughts. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since H has had contact with OW. He's still withdrawn and secluding himself from the rest of the family. He will talk to me if I initiate a conversation (small talk).

Last night I did ask him if he's willing to work on "us". His reply was yes. I'm not going to hold my breath because I need to see the walk instead of just hearing the talk.

I've told him two things that he needs to do in order for me to know he is wanting to work on "us" so until I see them done I am not assuming he's doing anything. I asked him if he was willing to do those things and he said yes. It will take a bit for me to see if he's followed through. I'm hoping but reluctant to believe him.

I'm still not sure if we will make it but I'm not willing to throw in the towel yet. I am doing better then I was when I first discovered this website thanks to so many that have helped me along this very painful journey. I have less days that I spend crying compared to where I was in April.

I'd love to hear from anyone who has walked in the same path and can give me advice from this point forward. I am tired, and about to the point that I need to see some action from h.

Another thing that I need help with is trying to forgive some of the things he has said to me. I know this will take time but other then time any other suggestions?
