Just an FYI - today because of the heat Starbucks is upsizing their frozen drinks for free.
I had the pomegranite frapp for b-fast. It's total num. Side note: it's about 390 calories, and zero fat...but HIGH in carbs if you watch your carbs...does have fiber so you can subtract that from your carbs....the Tangerine one is a lot lower in calories and carbs, but not as much fiber...but I was going for an antioxident thing....had a sample of the tangerine one tho...TOTAL num!

I've found the MOST AWESOME candy for your sweet tooth.
Ice Breakers Sours
In one tin there are Pink Lemonade (my fav), Apple, Tangerine and Watermelon.
Zero Fat Zero Calories Zero Carbs
YEA!

kimmy, thanks for the tips, i don't ever go to starbucks personally. i don't like coffee. i'll have to look for the ice breakers sours though.
ok, so here is where i try to derail myself.... i've been doing rather well, however, today, not so great.
i skipped breakfast entirely, a no no. i had extra bread with my sandwich at lunch time. i only ate 1/2 the sandwich which was good, but then later in the afternoon, i ate the other half as opposed to saving it for tommorow.
dinner, my DH made steak sandwiches, again instead of sticking to just half, i ate it all. i did get rid of some of the bread, but then i had some of the french fries (oven made, not fried).
over all, not terrible, but not good either. i had been doing so well. now, even hours after eating, i feel stuffed and uncomfortable.
i did walk about 1.5 miles to the book store after eating.
i'm trying to get myself to get out for a jog still. i just feel so tired now.
i am drinking extra.
so get on my butt losers and tell me to shape up!!!
i really don't want to back slide here.

I cheated this morning....
The Wookie took me to b-fast....Migas...
I only ate half and only one bite of the beans.
I DID eat both the corn tortillas, tho....they were homemade.
It's a sin to waste homemade corn tortillas.
Really.
I'd have gone to he11 if they had to throw them away...I just know it.

I ran/walked the dog last night. However, H and I went out to eat. I didn't eat much but I had a couple fried things and a couple bites of his hot fugdge sundae. I felt bloated last night. I will NOT do that again. LOL, I like feeling healthy. Now I am retaining water. grrr

Yeserday was a good day for food and exercise, I got in most of my water. This morning, I was back to where I was on the scale before the trip to Austin. I felt much relieved.
Now I can keep going down.
Today I skipped morning aerobics and will go when my husband goes tonight.
Today I am doing major house cleaning - hoepfully, that will burn a few calories.
Have a good day, all- keep moving those tickers in the right direction

hello losers.
i did good for lunch. i think it was ok anyway, i had one entree bowl at panda express which was a bowl with fried rice, vegies and orange chicken.
hmm, i just looked at pandaexpress website....
maybe orange chicken is not so great... next time, chicken with mushrooms or manderine chicken...
ok, the fried rice is not such a great choice either...
well fine!!
at least i did not get a double entree, so i did not stuff myself.
light dinner for me!!

LOL, FL- at least you will be prepared for next time. DOn't you hate it when you think you did ok, but really didn't?
Which diet plan are you following?
I am wearing myself out cleaning. My house was sooo bad. I have been putting everything ahead of it. Dh doesn't have it high on his EN list, but it is there, so I need to get it undercontrol.
Tomorrow is his birthday, so I hope he likes this part of his gift as I am exhausted. I am not sure I will have energy to go to the gym tonight. I guess I could keep cleaning.
I had a wonderful lunch, btw. Hamburger patty cooked with steak seasoning. Then I topped it with some grated cheese, sliced tomato and avacodo and topped it all off with a little garlic salt- sooo yummy
Back to cleaning for me.

I was trying that plan, but I am too scatterbrained- I had to have a set plan- thus the south beach diet.
going to order pizza for my guys and a salad for me- cleaned too much today- no energy to cook. I do think I got a workout doing it though.
have a good evening

cleaning is a great workout. and a nice thing to be doing.
what has been helping me the most is to pre-plan my meals.
bringing breakfast and lunch to work instead of choosing what i want to eat when i am hungry.
it's also been good in the sense that while preparing breakfast and lunch, i see myself caring for myself, if know what i mean?
i had a light dinner and i will drink a few glasses of water throughout the evening.
right now, i'm going outside (so muggy though!!) to kick around a soccer ball with my son (they don't stay young for long)

I'm bummed. I just found out that pistachios are high in fat and carbs.
I love the little buggers.

No change in weight. Made a healthy dinner last night. H and I both went on a long walk with the dog. It was nice.

Way to go, FL!
Hang in there, FF, it'll happen,
Kimmy, if you are on South Beach, pistachios are on the good foods list- they do have fat and carbs, but they are the good kind- 30 of them is a serving. I have them for snacks often.
I did pretty goo yesterday- got in all my water- did major house cleaning for exercise. Stayed on the food plan except I ate the topping (cheese, pepperoni & sausage) off a tiny piece of pizza.
Today I was down a little- hard to tell exactly as I don't have digital.
I have a crazy day today potographing at the theater and then getting the photos ready to have printed. Lots of walking at the theater but lots of sitting when I come home.
Today is DH's birthday. Not sure what we are going to do, but he'll make sure if we go out it is a place where I can stay on plan.
Have a good day fellow losers
