My Dad caught a mondo Pike last week. About 40 inches. He earlier had a HUGE muskie on a big Hopkins spoon, but the fish threw the spoon. I can understand how the kiddies would be skeered.
I had a big ol pike roll on the surface near my spinner bait. Dern big.
Another guy caught a 38 inch pike that we baked on the grill.
Hey, you're elligible to do the metric six pack conversion. Like C to F, double it and add 32. Thus, a metric 6 pack is 6 X 2 + 32 = 44 beers! Need a big pike for that!
