Well Good Morning! I am doing really well...thank you! My mind is quite and I'm pretty peaceful!
I'm still waiting to hear from my Laywer with some information for me, but I feel really strong...
Last night, I read on patience and acceptance...two things that I think I need to work on...Oh, and I started a new book last night...LOL...I'm keeping busy, not focusing on H, or the kids...taking plenty of time for me....
"Patience is the key to paradise!"...my new motto for a while...

Hi, I decided to eliminate the fantasy from my life.
I felt like my name was evident of the fantasy that I "wanted"...I understand better these days what's going on!
Hence, the name change, I've reviewed my past beliefs and expectations and think that some things need to be changed. I think that some of the things that I've wanted in the past has been fantasy based.
Just a heads up on the change!

If that's what this feeling is...finding my center...being at peace...trying to accept what is...know that I have choices...being happy...not worried...
Then, yes, I guess I have found my center....
I can say this I'm more focused on myself...less concerned with what H does...or trying hard to be...LOL...
I'm working on patience, acceptance, and loving detachment...
I read at lunch today that a perfectionist has more trouble with acceptance and detachment...no explaination of why...I'm not even sure that I've got that detechment thing down...
I'm trying hard to also live for the day and when I find myself thinking about the future, focusing on my fears. I try to stop myself right then and there and redirection myself.
I acknowledge and say I'm grateful a 100 times more than I ever have. My AO are few and for between...something I'm extremely proud of...the first thing I noticed about myself.

Hi, Rin!!
Good to hear from you. I'm glad you had a nice b-day.
Like the name change, but now I guess you need a new super-hero identity .... Sup-R-rella won't fit anymore .... <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
You can still keep the purple dress and cape, though, if you want!
No advice from me, I'm working on the loving detachment thing, too. It seems so much harder than it sounds sometimes. Simple concept, but not EASY, at least for me.
You sound great. Keep it up!!

Hey Rinder, I just wanted to say Happy Belated Birthday. I have been keeping up with your posts, but not posting, as you have had some terrific help from people more versed in MB than I.
You humble me with your staying power. H and I are separated, AGAIN, and I have now moved to PlanB (Oct. 6th). I already feel more at peace, and I have more resolve now than ever. I feel good now, but I know the true test is coming! I hope I have half as much gumption as you when the time comes to hunker down in the darkness.

Thank you both for thinking about me today. It really warms my heart. I do/did have some wonderful people posting to me including the two of you!
I think the main thing that I have been doing is concentrating on the A. It's the past, bad mistakes, bad judgements, bad choices...bad, bad, bad, negative, negative, negative...
With that said, it's alot hard to move forward when thinking negativily...shot...it's hard not to think so negative...but there are so many things to be thankful for...my health is great, I have wonderful kids, a great job, wonderful friends here and IRL, great bosses, great family...
I've reconnected with my mom and stepdad...I've been doing things that I haven't done in a long time or have avoided in the past...like going to parties!
I guess I have to ask myself...if my H left, would I be happy? Yes, I could live without him if I had too. Am I happier with him? Well, that depends on my outlook. Presently, I have learned that my expectation of other people, including myself were to high.
Take for example F! F is 8 yrs old, I would see him in the past as like a 12 yr. old. I would treat him like he was 12. I expected the world from this child! Child! I had to remind myself that HE IS 8! Super smart for 8, but still 8!
I was my worlds' worst enemy, not one came down harder on me than me!
Changing your view, changes ALOT!

Hi, Rin.
Thinking about you today. Hope you have a really nice weekend planned.
I've been there with having high expectations of the kids. Sometimes they want to be so grown up, it's easy to forget that they really aren't yet.
I think it's ok to have high expectations of kids, mixed with plenty of unconditional love. I think it sets them up to succeed.
Keep looking at the positives, the progress you've made .... and don't be so hard on yourself!!
