im guessing the support isnt taken directly from his pay....why not? and do you have a system that goes after him if he doesnt pay? (some states are better than others about this.) what was the outcome of the divorce....what was the visitation he was given? and with his job is it do-able?(i know the hours of a salesman....lol) if he isnt taking his visitation and its costing you money for sitters document everything. child support is also based on this....my ex never used his court ordered visitation and it cost me big time...i took him back to court and got the support adjusted. i also told him....take your son....if YOU cannot be there then YOU arrange a sitter! i am NOT your personal assistant to do these things.
(((((((INTEXAS))))))))---just because you need it sometimes!
what we do in life......echoes in eternity!

InTexas,
You are never an outsider at church.
God knows everyone there.
Sit where the light is coming in the window, so He can sit by you.

Lucky to be where I am, in a safe place to get marriage-related support. Recovered. Happy. Most recent D-day Fall 2005 Our new marriage began that day. Not easily, but it did happen.
