He is in the military. He gets out in less than 2 yrs...which he then plans to move back to his hometown.

His CO will likely stop him from carrying on his affair from the workplace. Get your phone #s together, the CO, the OWH, her parents, and start making phone calls.

Have you spoken to your H's parents YOURSELF? Or has he told them some spun version of the situation himself? I would call his parents YOURSELF, if you have not, and make sure they have the TRUE VERSION. Ask for their help in saving your marriage for THEIR GRANDCHILDREN.

Expose to his CO, parents, family, friends, OWH, OW's family and friends, and then come back here and tell us how it went. You can find almost anything on the internet, but if you can't do it yourself, get a PI to track these things down. Don't just sit there and let him get away with it. We have told you what to do, so go do it and let us know how it went. If you have any questions, just ask, but you need to do your part.

Melody is right as always grneyes. You must start "the Stick" part of Plan A immediately. You must expose to the OWH. You must expose to his chain of command. Your WH will get angry but your marriage can survive that. Your marriage can not survive a prolonged affair.

Well, i've started the process. I'm in the works of investigating a way to contact OWH without her being around. I've talked to both of H's sisters, and emailed his dad too. His dad is the one that i don't think is being very supportive though so we'll see. I sure hope i'm headed in the right direction.

good job, grneyes, get all your phone #s gathered and start making phone calls. Also, it is OK if the OW is there when you call, you just have to be sure and get through her to him. For example, if you call and she answers, just ask for him. If she says who is this, tell her you are Mable from JC Pennys calling about an order or something. Disquise your # when you call with *67.

You also need to call his CO. They are AWESOME when it comes to affairs.

It is just escalating every day now. I don't try to talk of the other woman, but she comes up. She was harrassing me on myspace some, but that's over. He's openly texting her in front of me now. I've been nice, i just keep telling him that nothing i may ever say or do is not because i don't love him. He's more distant than ever. Yes, we've had an argument or two since all this also. When he starts saying something i just say that he IS having an affair and it will be treated as such. Of course this just makes me the bad guy though cuz i'm being vendictive. That's his new favorite word for everythign i do. My being nice is vendictive....my not wanting to give up is too.

I can't find a number for the OW husband for the life of me. We live in a completely different state. I don't even know their last name. I am however getting a password retreived for his yahoo so i can print them off if needed in court. He's freely texting her in front of me now and it's making me sick. I found out she just told her husband she wanted a divorce yesterday, but didn't speak of my H. He was very upset and involved his kids so that they were crying too. I'm not sure what is going on over there beyond this. I've told everyone else i can about the affair though. I just don't know how to find him. The #'s i have are both cells so that won't work.

He went to the lawyers yesterday to talk to them. I dont' think he started the paperwork yet cuz he's broke and we are waiting on our tax return. I'm so scared and lost.....I'm trying to follow the steps, but i'm feel like i'm dead ending.

Grab his cell phone and take his SIM card. He has to sleep at some point. Give it to a family member or friend. Don't let him do it to you. Stand up for yourself. He'll get pissed, but he won't be able to text her anymore. If he gets a new cell phone, do the same thing. Let him know she is not welcome in your house.

grneyes, try getting his name from doing a reverse look up on intelius.com. I think they charge $15 for this, but you don't get charged if they can't produce a name.
