You need to have no contact AT ALL with him. I know you don't want more pain, and that is the way you are headed. Work on things with your husband. Try that first. Just realize that you are very vulnerable right now, and so is OW's husband.

When I first read this I had to walk out of my office.

What?? I just keep asking WHAT? - I know it's hard and boy I sure had thoughts of other women and just wanting someone to love me, but you can't have an EA. I'm glad your H knows about it. Maybe you two can start to work on your M now.
