There's not one of us here who haven't messed up, some worse than you, some less, but all of us have cracked to some degree under the immense pressure.
That being said, all of the folks here who have been successful have done a couple of things following the crack.
Get up, dust yourself off, and vow to correct your behavior.
Make the proper apologies where there are needed. Humble yourself before those your offended.
Work on you. You can't change anyone else in any other way than allowing them to see your personal changes and growth.
There are no guarantees to any of these. All we can promise is that if you stick with the MB philosophy, and follow the advice borne of the tears and agony we've all been through, then you can have an impact on what happens next.
Don't give up. Most of what drives people to succeed at this is the power they feel when they begin taking ACTIONS that make a positive difference. And you need to believe in your actions. Have faith.

trying posted, on 4-8-07 I left my house-yes-at friends place. My mind is not in the right place and I need to just calm down and get away even it is for few days. Here's hoping he gets his head on straight and regains his composure and his focus. SD
