I agree with this Mimi. I do think it is his to own. I have watched the interactions between them and to me it doesn't seem sexual in any way. I think it may have something to do with what happened to him growing up. He dad is like a big homophob. He didn't even want the kids to see a man walking around with his shrit off. If he thought they saw a sence with someone in that state he would freak out. I think this is the reason for why he reacts the way he does.

Tonight my DD6 sat next to him and put her hand on his knee and he gave me this look like see. Then a few minutes later she started rubbing down his leg and he said DD6 what are you doing? Then she stopped. When she did I asked to come and show me what she was doing to daddy and she didit to me and I told her that it's ok to touch people like that but not daddy it makes him uncomfortable.

My children are not being abuse in any way neither I nor my H would allow it. He is such a mother hen he frets over them more then I do at times. It's like today the baby was falling down and rolling on the floor and laughing and I said what are you doing you silly baby and she would laugh even more and one time she hit her head on the hardwood floor and he jumped up and was like is she ok? I said yes she's fine you would know if it hurt if she had started to cry.

D*mn Marsh you are very insghtful. I guess I really do believe that I have to earn love. Today I went out and worked in the yard for three hours straight. I even had all the kids most of the time. Then when I got through I was like well I am doing something good for me and for DH at the same time and I felt really good. Then when I got through I wanted him to come and check it out. He said I will get to it in a minute. Then after a while he still didn't see it and I asked him about it again and he checked out the front. I busted my a@@ today and I wanted him to tell me thank you and how good I did and to know he was please. Even though he did these things he wasn't as happy about it as I thought he would be but somehow it didn't bother because I was happy I did it for him.

I agree I need to question my old beliefs and change what is damaging to me today.

LMAO!!!!

I forgot to add this part in my other post.

DIG: I think I would love for you to do that just for my entertainment purposes alone. It would be completely worth it. ( Then we both laughed)

This another thing I love about my DH I think he has a wonderful sense of humor. We love to tease each other and crack jokes about the each other's family.

Ok I have to say I can really see and feel the difference that being here has done for my life. I feel so good and happy and I think my giver has really taken over as well as my H's. Yesterday I weeded the yard and cut the grass because I knew it would make him happy and when I finished he didn't say much other thank you. However usally if I had made such a huge gesture and it had gone on with out much mention I would have felt really hurt this time I didn't just the fact that I did it for him and not to get rewarded by him it made me feel good.

Well last night he got called out to work and I was really sad he was leaving and I think that made him happy because I was going to miss him. He didn't get in until 3:30 and came in a got in bed. When I woke up with the kids this morning I was surprised by a bouquet of flowers. I thought that was so sweet. It really made my day and to boot he read to our babies last night. I am a lucky woman.
