New thread. Same Ole BC.

My turn to throw in the towel on the trying to save my marriage thread.

Time for the my marriage is done, but I like this place thread.

Now that I'm not worried about STBX finding me, not that she wouldn't have figured me out instantly before, I figured I could reveal a little about myself. So I established a new email account using my REAL first name and posted it to my sig.

Yes, that's the name that is on my birth certificate. It's not a nick name.

Well, I let STBX have DS Sat night. I told her it was between us and nobody had to know about it. Really, I'm the only person that can do anything. My legal sitch is merely for my protection. Nobody's monitoring our custody. I don't know if she understands that. Anyway, DS spent Sat night and most of Sun with his Mommy unsupervised. I got her a gift from DS. Just a multi picture frame and printed some pictures I've taken of DS to put in it.

While he was gone I went and bought him one of those battery operated 4 wheelers. I hid it in the garage and let him find it today when we got home. When he found it he said, "Daddy, I found a 4 wheeler!!" I said, "Really, I guess it's yours then!" He said, "You want to ride it with me?"

I told him daddy was to big and there he went. Tore out of the garage and was off to the races. He was peeling out, practicing his power slides, doing donuts, found a water puddle, then a mud puddle, almost hit a few brick mail boxes, showed all the neighbors and kids, and stopped every five minutes to reconfirm that it was his. He went to bed talking about it and I'm sure now he's dreaming about it.

I'd been talking about gettin one and I had discussed it with STBX so it wasn't an agenda driven purchase. He just loves em and he's always fightin with the neighborhood kids over their's.

As for me, I ended up going out Sat night. A neighbor talked me into going to a Daiqauri shop down the road. I tell you what, I'm not impressed with the bar room scene these days. This is kind of the place to be right now and it seems like you have to act like a complete idiot to fit in. I guess I've been away from it too long. All the women were acting like tramps and all the men were acting like pimps. If I'm gonna go out for drinks I'd rather go to a restaurant bar where you can sit and chit chat instead of running around acting like high school kids. I like having a good time, but I'd like to be myself while doing it.

I have a very active social life, I think I can do with out the bar rooms.

Somewhat OT but your literary allusions crack me up

I once got an bumper sticker from my English students that said "I was here, where were you? See you later. Godot"

Thanks for the

All of my friends are jealous because I have a new on-line "Beau"!

Love that you bought DS a 4-wheeler!!

WH bought DD one last year, it was too powerful for her and he did not give her enough lessons/instructions first.

She crashed 20 seconds into her first ride, broke her arm, had to have surgery!! She was a trooper, God love her, and did great. She's fine now, but hasn't been on it again!

Glad you started with the battery powered one first!

You want to talk about doing embarrassing stuff in 75.

I wore diapers in public, Cr@pped my pants daily, Threw up on people, Farted in Church, and cried in front of friends and family every time my mom left the room.

Not to mention what Beau46 used to do to me.

Yes I did.

I sense a fellow band nerd.

Although I negated my nerdiness by playing baseball.
