If I might add, I think the act of searching for the right replacement pictures in your effort to replace your wife's wallet was cathartic for you. I can imagine while looking at those memories confirmed there is still tons of love and hope for a new beginning.

I guess it's possible it was cathartic but since I don't know what that word means, I'll withold judgment. Please remember I beed an Arkie.
I chose each photo with a purpose. They depict our adventures, the growth of the DD's from infant to today, our travels, little moments I knew had special meaning for her, photos of her family that had significance for various reasons. I even remembered to date the back of each photo. So I think I captured the best parts of almost the entire marriage (we didn't have a digital camera the first two years). [I'm not sure digital cameras existed back then]
And I did leave a small note inside.
Now even though it went DHL, there is no guarantee that it won't be stolen in Mexico customs. That's my biggest fear.

On another note, I couldn't stay long at the 07/07/07 hoop jam. But, when I left, there were over 20 people there. 20 adults in the park - men and women - all hooping. It was great. I left early to go to dinner w/ a childhood friend.
