Plan B- 3 months.

Think of it as being like LABOR PAINS. You have to BEAR THROUGH THE PAIN until it subsides. It will get BETTER..slowly day by day..I tried to STAY BUSY..turn him over to GOD..shake thoughts of him out of my head..I would literally shake my head and tell myself that he is out of my reach..out of my control..tell myself that I had done all that I could do..It's takes a lot of SELF-TALK...

You have to find what helps you...MUSIC HELPED ME..soothing kinda NEW AGE MUSIC..I can hardly listen to those CDs now..

Lots of prayer..

Reading the BIBLE..particularly PSALMS...

I made it happen..a joyful life..filled with peace, contentment, happiness and fabulocity.

Hi Mimi,

My, but you are up late? I'm glad you're here.

So how long should I stay in Plan A for? Here are some ideas I was going to do. Send his family stuffing to work, b/c he commented that theirs wouldn't be as good our mine. And for the first night of Hanukkah, sent latkes.

That brings us about 2 weeks from now. I am writing my Plan B letter and having people on here, hopefully you, checking it to make sure it's correct and fits all the criteria.

My only problem is the legal separation. In WA state it takes almost 6 weeks to get a legal separation into court. I don't have the money for a lawyer yet. How should I handle this.

I actually read Torah a lot, the psalms and tonight Isaiah 46:10-13. It talks about G-d's plan not being thwarted. Almost scary on what I needed to read.

What else are you seeing that I need to change or begin to implement. As for staying busy, my M broke up because I was ALWAYS busy, that's why I fight it. What can you suggest then?

SG

We have a crazy schedule now....is why I'm up late...

About the LEGAL SEPARATION, in our state going to court is not necessary for a separation. It just has to be filed or something...only go to court for DIVORCE...

I got an inexpensive attorney who did a cookie cutter document for a few hundred dollars. Another lawyer tried to rip me off...

I like your PLAN..you need to go out of PLAN A on positive note..FEEDING HIM is GOOD...

Hi Mimi,

What state are you in?

FOOD IT IS.

He loves my latkes. He loves my cooking, I just didn't do enough of it regularly.

I drove up from CA today in 13 hours. I cried most of the way and had a really rough time of things. I shook my head many times. My kids thought I was crazy.

It's so hard, because I have an amazing support system, but they completely don't understand this and just want me to ditch the hubby. I really appreciate you being here.

Warmly,
SG
