BK- I meant when I let it all out, I feel like it sounds whiney. When I keep it inside, it's not good either. When I focus on W2S it seems like I am undermining my own feelings, or whatever. I don't know. I always try to be sincere, though. Your comment says you understood a lot better than you let on, though, because it answered/addressed my question/uncertainty very well. Be sincere. Sorry I forgot to mention that the cheese curd must be fresh. To test for freshness you need to do a squeek check. If you bit on the cheese and it doesn't squeek between your teeth then it not fresh enough. usually the cheese was packaged the same day it's used. UMMMM!!! that woth a Montreal smoked meat sandwich from Schawt's.

Actually, Mrs. W, I still learn quite a bit from those people. I don't automatically discount all that they are trying to convey based on how they word it.
But like I said...to each his/her own. I wouldn't dream of telling people how to post. Not now (being a newbie) and not EVER! Residual anger seems to come thru a lot in some poster's posts, though, no matter how helpful they are- which sometimes diminishes what they are trying to teach us. Just IMO, though...
