Laundry Boy is funny and I like LaLa & W2S's idea too!
Can we vote?.....lol.....
Husband was unfaithful to me before and after our marriage, at least 7 times. I found out 13 yrs into the marriage. Trickle truth for an entire year. Several different d-days, so it was more like a d-year. Difficult recovery.

We could call him Grasshopper...
He has learned well...
Still can't snatch the pebble...
So, LB... (there's something to do with MB in that abbreviation, I think), now that you're in recovery, let me invite you to the Vacation/Totally OT/whatever floats your boat/nothing to do with affairs thread on the recovery forum. If you want to catch up, read the last two pages and count the topics. If it's less than 15, read the previous two. Sometimes someone says something serious, but we all jump in and change the subject before it gets out of hand. Okie and Shocked are already dropping by, so you'll fit right in.
Besides, we're way behind on our laundry and could use your help...

Laundryboy is still up for change. I knew you guys would not be able to resist commenting on it. LOL
So we have....
Laundryboy Splinter Homerun Grasshopper.
Let the voting begin.
The plan is to start a new thread on the recovery forum after we talked to Jennifer tonight, but we had to posepone until tomorrow because of some saad news. FWWs uncle is in the last stages of cancer and does not have much time, so we went to visit while he was still cohereat enough to know you is there.
It is really weird but until you see it first hand, it's very hard to describe the change you see in the FWS once the fog starts to lift. I had the good fortune of things falling into place at the right times, and the calls that we got from the GF and OM on Saturday could not haehappened at a better time because you could see the change in her face. There are still going to be some hurdles but right now we are both appriciative that the other is still willing to try.
So am I allowed to vote too?

LB,
Do you see why you need to change that name?? First, congratulations on getting your marriage into recovery. I am sure there will be ups and downs, but I have high hopes for you two.
Personally, I like YOUNG GRASSHOPPER myself.
But if you stick with LB, then your W has to become Lady BUg, right? LB and LB.
Congratulations once again.
God Bless,
JL

So am I allowed to vote too? Hmmmmm....not sure. Should we take a vote on whether or not we should let him vote? I think ALL the names are great and fitting. But I have to admit that I think Young Grasshopper is PERFECT. I vote for Young Grasshopper!

I thought of another one.... Mark, Lala and W2s will understand it.
Daniel san
LOL
Buy I do like Young Grasshopper too. And LAdy Bug for DW would go with that too.
The change of name was in case DW did know my original sign on. It was suggested that we wait a little before she reads my original thread. Which I agree.

Well folks, it's time to shut this one down.
We had our first session yesterday and we are now officially in recovery. Jennifer thinks that with both our attitidues we are going to do well.
So a little bit of house cleaning before we move on.
1) I'll still be arround, but my thread will be in the recovery forum.
2) It's official, the new name in grasshopper.
(Edit - Gresshopper was already taken, I put in GHopper for now, I think Laudryboy might be better)
I'll try to convince DW of using lady bug when she eventually joins. She is very nervous about the reception she will get.
3) Thank you to everybody who chimed in with their comments and suggestions. A special thanks to Queenie, Lala and W2S who followed my thread from the begining and were full of encouragement and help. to Mr. and Mrs. Wondering, and MyRev for pushing me hard when the time was right.
4) Mark! I will always be in your debt for the guidance you gave me through this process. I attribute my success largely in part to your mentoring for the last couple of months. Sir you are one of the finest people I have ever met and appriciate what you have done for me and my family. THANK YOU!!!

This is the best news possible. Congratulations. Keep in touch, ok?
I will do my best to get over to recovery, but I don't go there very often.
I also hope to meet your DW on here one day.
Warmly, Queenie
