Are you able to plan activities with your daughter? Is your daughter involved in sports or other activities? It is good to keep involved with your daughter.

How about you? are you taking care of yourself? Are you involved in an exercise regimen of some sort? Do you look good and smell good?, keeping your hair well groomed? Important to take care of yourself during these difficult times and to spend quality time with your daughter. Sometimes, if you do something with your daughter, your wife may be willing to join you--like a board game.

Sounds like you carry a bit of the household work--do you think your wife feels bad about this? Easy for her also to put her best foot forward with a man who does not live with her. Are you able to subtly show appreciation for her efforts with daughter and the household? Would have to be subtle though as it sounds like she is blocking you from meeting any of her needs at the moment.

Yeah I am taking care of myself. Still washing the hair, smelling good, brushing my teeth. Had been trying to lose weight prior to this and was doing good so the loss of appetite has only helped in that area, lol. My job is pretty physical so I am in good shape just had some extra pounds on me is all. Me and my daughter are spending alot more time together. If Wife wants to join I will let her. She hasnt shown any real interest in anything but the OM.

Continue in Plan A, and hope that the OM will back away now that his wife knows what is still going on. That often happens.

Get out and do things and invite your wife to come along. If she doesn't want to participate, go have fun anyway.

Just a note regarding informing her work. I understand this is part of exposure, but IMHO..

OM does not work there. Getting her fired will only cause additional stress on the M, personally and finacially. Also providing her additional free time.

I would hold off on this.

I don't plan to inform her work. She would be fired on the spot. I have informed his supervisor though. He wasn't very pleased that he was using a company cell phone, computer, and company time to carry on an affair. I love my wife and would not get her fired. Not after all we sacrificed to get her though school to get that job. But OM, I don't mind destroying him one little bit.

Have you heard anything from the OM's wife?

Actually my WW is speaking to her now on the phone. His BS just caught him trying to email my wife and called right away.
