And I hate to tell you. IF and WHEN he gets snagged and you guys decide to heal the marriage. He must quit his job. I know that that is standard MB procedure. But, unfortunately, he, and you, must go EVEN FURTHER.

HE MUST QUIT THE RESTAURANT INDUSTRY. PERIOD. NO IF ANDS OR BUTS.
A man with the history of cheating has as much business working in a restaurant as a junkie does working in as a pharmacist. And thats NOT an exaggeration. IT CAN'T HAPPEN. If he DOESN'T find a new career, leave him. Period. Ask no questions and go. Because he won't change. The temptations are too much, the opportunities are too many, and his fellow employees will think NOTHING of him messing around. NOTHING. The only interest they will EVER have is if they can use the information to blackmail him. Trust me.

Gosh, there just seem to be certain businesses that are ripe for infidelity. I was not aware the restaurant business was one of them. I worked in retail management for MANY years in a large department store chain until it closed in 2002.

I'll tell you infidelity was RAMPANT amongst the management.

And I hear that that is the case in many retail establishments.
