Your W poses a threat to ANY relationship OM ever has if contact is continued, just as OM poses a continuous threat to your M.
NC letter imo is mandatory for your M imo. Exposure to GF I can see pros and cons for and against, but NC letter for me would be a deal breaker.

I am going to push for the NC letter today, and see where it goes from there, also I am going to explain why it is important for me to know if there is contact or has been since that last I know of. I really don't want to find out later that it has been more lies, I'm on the edge of the bridge now as it is.

I am convinced that there is nothing going on these days, and I think that coming to this site is just feeding my emotions, and planting ideas in my head. I have been thinking, how can I recover from this derailment in my life if I continue to surround myself with heartache. I thank you all for the help and giving me someone to talk to.
