I'm thinking about tubal litigation. I'd like to know if it's painful and if it changes your hormones? Any negative side effects? Since it's permanent I don't want to do anything that will make me worse off. The other option is obiously for H to get a vasectomy and I don't know much about that either. He lost a testicle to cancer so he's concerned about cutting on his one left.

I lost one of my "boyz" to Testicular CA and had a vasectomy a while back.

No more risk for him than if he had two. (But my dr didn't laugh when I asked if the V was 1/2 off since he only had to disconnect the plumbing on one, LOL)

Tell him not to worry, have it done on a Thursday, and take a three day weekend. He can do mild work starting on Monday.

Just invest in frozen peas and frozen corn. That way, you can use the veggies after he is done icing the jewel! No need to invest in an ice pack specifically for this. Just put the frozen peas in a ziplock when he ices down the jewel.

(Just don't tell the kids where they've been!)

BTW, for the record, frozen brussel sprouts don't work as well. Too lumpy!
