Of course because all of the people that don't support Barack Obama are secretly racist...they can't dislike his policies or his views. Considering that Hillary is "backing" Obama, it is strange that her supporters wouldn't do the same thing.

That is because Hilary is putting her party first.
Any former Hilary backer who would switch to McCain is either a sexist voting for Palin, a racist voting for McCain, just a childishly sore loser, or all of the above.
Obama is much MUCH closer to Hilary politically than McCain is. No doubt about it.

Obama is much MUCH closer to Hilary politically than McCain is. No doubt about it. Obama is a radical. I don't like Hilary because of her abortion stance...but she was much more centrist than Obama. Why can't a voter just disagree with his radical positions without being a racist or sexist? Typical Obama supporter. Wait...don't answer that...your opinions just ceased to matter to me.

There is no reason to like Sarah Palin, unless you base your vote on a candidate's insults and jokes.
At the Republican convention, she said nothing of substance. Since she was selected by McCain, she's done 2 interviews. Biden has done dozens, the last I heard.
That is because if she does interviews, she will be exposed as a complete fraud. The 20/20 interview showed that quite clearly.
I agree that her family should be off-limits, so long as she stops the "Strategically Placed Retarded Baby" routine every time we see her. There are also rumors that Trig isn't even her baby, but those are unfounded so far.
You may like the way she looks, or you might like the way she tells the jokes that others have written for her, but you can't possibly like her for political stances because outside of abortion, nobody knows what those stances are. You liberals are something else. Why don't you try judging Sarah Palin on merits, accomplishments, etc, instead of attacking her personally??? I never hear any of you say anything remotely bad about Obama and Bidden and they are so very far from perfect.

Just like with WS's, The media's omission of numerous facts in these articles is LYING Her quotes about Putin up in the air are her words verbatim, no omission of any facts. You can blame it on the media, but given how little she talks to the media, I don't think that's where the problem is rooted... AGG

I would imagine the comment about her child would be VERY offensive to anyone with a handicapped child.
What a disgrace to put that in a post.

I'd say that Palin is a zero, but that's giving her too much credit.
She still thinks she has foreign policy experience because Putin comes close to Alaska when he flies... LMAO...
AGG And remind me again......What foreign policy experience does Obama have??? Oh that's right.....the extent of his is kissing the A$$ of the enemy :twobyfour:

I know, hardly compares with shooting moose, but not a bad start. Seriously, if the dynamic duo of "Bomb Iran" and "Start a war with Russia over Georgia" does not scare you, nothing will... BTW, I didn't realize Iraq was our enemy. Not Dubya's, but ours? Since when? Why did we not invade Libya? Oh, wait, we kissed Qaddafi's A$$ and now we are friends? Maybe we should have tried that with Iraq and saved a trillion bucks and a million lives? AGG

AGG Oh well then that makes them both experts, boy I had NO idea they were so experienced . Compare both of them together with McCain alone and Obama/Biden have NO experience. DO you really think that a 'JUNIOR' senator with 2 years experience has anywhere close to the experience needed? IF the dem-wits had their way we'd never stand up for ourselves or any other country agains tyrants like Hussain. As a country we'd sit by on our hands and turn a blind eye to all those people that were terriorize in Iraq. Hmmmmm.....sounds like exactly what we did during 8 years of CLINTON. Military cuts, base closings, etc. Gotta save that money for all those people on WELFARE. Am I for war's......HE!! NO, but sometimes WAR is the answer. Without wars, the United states would still be British rules, there would still be slavery, the Germans would still be in France, etc, etc, etc. If the dem-wits had their way we'd have even more welfare programs so that everyone that didn't want to work could continue to live off the government which equals living off every single one of us that pays taxes. I'm a proud parent of an Active Duty Staff SGT in the US Air Force who is leaving soon for his 2nd Tour of Duty in Iraq.

some see her as being a breath of fresh air....including Hillary Clintons major campaign contributor who is now supposting McCain/Palin. Her exact words were that Biden is a loose cannon and Obama is arrogant. Maybe. I wish Palin would have a little less "fresh air", especially where there should be gray matter. That really makes her a loose cannon. Some conservative commentators actually think she should drop out: Palin ProblemKathleen Parker is a whining embarrasment to the GOP. She is wringing her hands b/c an average American is poised to become part of the leadership of this country. Perhaps if she wasn't so quick to fall for the deception that CBS put out w/ their editted version of KC's interview she wouldn't have written such a piece. But, I doubt it, she has exposed herself to be nothing but an elitist snob. Link that shows where ----> CBS News Erases Moderate Quotes from Palin Transcript

AGG I have a friend who thought the same way you do about the Iraq War, but now he says that b/c there’s been so much improvement in Iraq and so much damage done to Al Qaeda that even though he thought the sacrifice was in vain before, he doesn’t think so now.

My guess is that the "improvement" in Iraq will collapse within a few years of us leaving there. That seems to be the pattern in most countries we take over to "democratize". Look at the low popularity of Karzai in Afghanistan. As for Al Qaeda, shrug. Its Iraq faction is weakened, but I think we created many more willing participants with our activities. They now have a nice haven in Pakistan - what next, invade Pakistan? As I said earlier, I prefer the approach we took with Libya - much less blood shed, much less money wasted, same result. I'm surprised Obama did not use that example in the debate last night, actually. AGG

Palin seems to be the subject of a second ethics investigation: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/09/27/AR2008092702834.htmlThe state ethics panel is examining whether her comments violated the law against state advocacy on ballot measures; it had already ruled that a state Web site was improperly slanted toward mining interests.

Might want to check your sources, he wasn't SP's pastor, he a visiting priest from Africa. Apparently, he comes from a place in the world where they believe in witchcraft.
Not sure what you or MSNBC wanted her to do... run screaming from the altar when he mentioned it rather than have stood there politely and waited for him to finish? "The night is black, without a moon.......... The air is thick and still.......... The vigilantes gather on.......... The lonely torchlit hill..........."
