Sheryl,
I am tired of living like this. If I wait until after the baby is born, then I am dealing with emotions from just having the baby and with him. I am a strong person. I am in good health with the pregnancy. I just want to end the lies and get on with life. I do love the man and want him back, but I am tired of the lies.

Sounds like you have already decided to confront him. I don't understand about your separation and how that fits in. Did the affair begin before the separation?
Keep in mind that affairs run a natural course. Sometimes I think things might have turned out very differently if I hadn't confronted my H only 4 weeks into the affair. With time, especially if I had been more focused on meeting his needs, he might have realized on his own that the affair was a mistake. I would have needed the truth eventually, but by pushing him at a time when the affair relationship seemed so 'perfect' and our marriage so flawed, he immediately decided to leave. Since then, even after ending the affair, he is extremely defensive and determined to protect his image and his ego at all costs. He simply cannot accept that he made a terrible mistake. By making everything my fault, the family is destroyed, but his self-image is intact. (don't get me wrong, I'm not blameless in our marriage, but his defensiveness is unbelievable!)
So just think through it carefully before doing anything.
