May go by fabric store and get some sheer material to make a sort of dress thing from and wear that over black pants and black turtleneck with some fairy wings. Think that would be ok?

Sounds GREAT to me. I've never been good about costumes.

I dropped by mainly to share with you CINDERS or any other avid readers about the "WONDERFULEST" website that I found last night called GOODREADS. I encourage you to check it out!!

Rid yourself of your insecurities. If your shoulders are slouching and you have a scared look on your face you will look bad even in a Gucci and Manolo shoes.

You want to give me more options....I'm reading 'Truth and Beauty', 'Run', 'The Bullfighter Checked Her Makeup', 'Rome 1960', and a book by 'The Tall Pine Polka'. Plus, I have two new Mason-Dixon knitting books. And, I have a couple of knitting projects underway. AND, Tuesday night is reading group so I will be given a new reading assignment.

I ENJOY books BEST when I SAVOR the ONE book that I am reading. I get lost in that particular TOPIC or WORLD..it's what THE AUTHOR wishes from the READER...

I learned this in the BOOK entitled, "HOW TO READ A BOOK"..

That I fully understand. However, I lose books if I carry them around too much. Or, I might leave the lunch break book at the office and be bookless for the weekend.

So this GODDESS is claiming that her food has been clean from sugar for almost 7 days today. I'm still awake so I can't claim today totally, but I am claiming the 6 days past.

I am having lamb chops, yams, broccoli and hollandaise sauce. All clean food.. Let me clarify my successes a little more. The hollandaise sauce is made from homemade mayonaise that I whipped together on Friday. The yams with butter and brown rice syrup. Oh yummmy.....

YEAH hurray

Awesome! I have heard that giving up sugar is a very good idea for alcoholics.

My friend who is addiction-prone says it has to do with the fact that sugar is required for fermentation so the sugar content in alcohol is high. Therefore, sugar is often a problem for alcoholics and they often need to eliminate both substances from their diets. Bread can be a problem, also.....yeast....sugar.

I'm not an expert. I've never battled that type of addiction but that is what I have heard.

That's interesting because my food plan is a no yeast, low candida diet.

Ah the joys of addiction.....

Monday, I got an epidural steroid injection in my right sacro-illiac joint. This morning, I gave blood then got my flu shot.

I want to go home and go to bed. Lunch would help, maybe.
