Did y'all listen to me? Nope! That's what I've been trying to say?

Thank you, Fireproof.

I have a great deal of respect for mimi.

She helped FGG through his {abundant} tribulations, even while being accused of having inappropriate contact with him! (she probably helped many others with the same energy, as well, I just followed FGG's thread from the start, so I'm more aware of it)

She's very strong in her faith, which even a spiri2al atheist like myself can appreciate and admire.

She followed the MB methods and plans 2 a tee, and recovered her marriage in2 the thriving, enjoyable partnership it is 2day.

She's good people.

Exactly... I consider her one of the VETS who KNOWS and BELIEVES in the MB methods and has the marriage to prove it. She doesn't sway one iota from it and knows how to use the proverbial 2x4 and apply it kindly.

I don't blame her a bit if she doesn't come back but I wish she would.

Haven't we all been hurt and offended, from time to time, by comments here?

Sounds to me like you're asking about an event, Cinders, instead of a climate.

I miss Mimi as well.....I do know that any future BS's that come on here will be greatly remiss for not having her guidence. She does know the MB ways inside and out, better than most.

That being said, its not not what you INTEND to mean to say that is important BUT how they PERCEIVE it that matters....and yes, apologies are in order...

Primarily, however, not exclusively. There are certain members I find to be primarily offensive. Yet, they are not called on it.

Same goes with being offensive. Some people are offensive to others but the road goes both ways. Being offended is in the eye of the beholder, and I think a forum is a bringing together of advice to see what works best for the individual taking the advice. What happened to Mimi was unacceptable and was not advice.
