Well the update I moved out of the house today got my own place , Now we got along like a married couple the past 1-2 months but she still wanted me to move out . So I get my place she comes over and wants to help fix it up . Now in the house we had sex the last nite I was there also 3-4 times sense the divorce so my ? is what should I expect from her . Also the house is up for sale I had to put in so much money each month to pay the loan but she said if you get your own place I will pay all the loan each month till the house sells.Guys should I get something in writing stating she will do this so if she gets mad at me she cannot say he is not paying his part to the judge.But I was married to this lady for 23 years so I should be able to trust her. Give me some input people .....

Have her state as much in a email also stating that she is asking for you to get your own place.
