Yep, that's pretty much along the same vein that Mr. W explained to me today too Kirk...

He said that inside all men there still lurks a little bit of teenage boy...the part of them that sorta likes that reaction that they can ellicit from a girl when doing something "naughty" - you know, the "OMG, I can't believe you!" coupled with an indignant and sorta playful swat - maybe even an eyeroll...I think I may have taken all the fun out of this for Mr. W and therefore I don't think that I am subjected to the kind of groping that many are mentioning here, because I go along with it when he does it...No acting indignant or offended...I laugh and let him have his fun...As an example, he has this thing that he remembers he and his friends doing, I guess in Jr. High...We'll call it "elbow boobie" [rub elbow against a breast by "accident"]... Occasionally he does this to me, and I always giggle, I like seeing the "little boy" side of Mr. W...It's cute and endearing to me...Of course, it probably helps that [according to Mel] I have the sense of humor of a 13 year old boy! rotflmao

Along the lines of what was being discussed earlier, Mr. W and I neither one deny each other sex...We both believe what the Bible says regarding that...that my body belongs to him and his to me...I don't view sex as something that I "give" him, or vice versa...We view it as a gift that we share together...a way that connects us more deeply...It works very well for us...

And yes, what Mark said...a mutual meeting of ENs...Speaking of which, I gotta get to the grocery store now! grin

Mrs. W

If that makes any sense.

Makes perfect sense. That is EXACTLY how I perceive it when I have been subject to it.

I am reminded of the old jokes:

“I’ll give you a half hour to stop that!”

And, “Don’t...” “Stop...” “Don’t...” “Stop...” “Don’t Stop.”

I have to say it to women all the time.

I've heard in Texas that could cause things like speeding tickets recv'd in the mail with a picture to prove it, or worse.

"We'll call it "elbow boobie" [rub elbow against a breast by "accident"]..."

lol, when my H does that I look all mock indignant and say "you did that on PURPOSE". He always smirks and says "I can't help it if they were in the way." There's a lot of playful "how dare you's" and "excuse me they're not yours, they're MINE." It's a lot of fun and we have a lot of laughs. One of my favourites is when we're in bed in the morning and I accidentally on purpose touch, er, the goods. A lot of giggling and silliness follows (which I must say leads to SF 9x out of 10).

Mrs W, I could have written your post word for word. That is EXACTLY how I see it.

Krazy, not true about the post-it not doing the same thing after the A. You should read some of my H and my text messages. :MrEEk:

I'm telling you Mel, they sell this spray-on stuff that you can get - spray it on your license plate and the cameras can't capture the license number. No more toll tickets or red-light tickts. Check it out. You need this product - only problem is it will NOT double as hair spray.

smile

I remember the guys who used to take me to the movies. Slip an arm up over the seat, and around my shoulder.....trying to slip that hand down........gropers.

We women-folk are wise to these tricks - guys start using them early!

My H still uses this one - only now I "fall" for it.

Sheesh. Does that make me easy?

I need to go pop some corn and put in a movie......quick!

Krazy,

While this may seem so, it really isn't so....My H (whom was also the OM in HER sitch....) went to FANTASTIC LENGTHS......We are talking phone conversations of at least 3 hrs. per day. TM'S first thing in the morning and all day long. Multiple flower deliveries. Multiple emails throughout the day.....words of love, promises of the future, how wonderful she was...blah blah blah....and lets not forget the $2000.00 worth of jewerly, the plane tickets here, candles all over the condo, rose petals leading a pathway to the bedroom, CD's made with their "songs", Dom Peringon champagne, VS lingerie, theatre tickets and limo rides......And since they lived 1500 miles apart and only saw each other on average of every 17 days...well, she got ALL of that and then some, and she wasn't even boinking him everyday......

Let me tell ya....the emails ALONE would have gotten him "some".....heck, she got the jewerly on their second meeting. It was a month after the "first" meeting, in which they had sex TWICE. I don't get diamonds every couple of times I put out......

jeez....

not2fun

ps...Krazy, don't take this so much as directed at you...today's not been the best of days for me....

If Other Men had to work this hard to get a little SF, cheating wives would probably be far less common.

This has probably been addressed - there's still several pages to go in this thread. But I can tell you women often feel like they have to go through the motions of SF for their H's - and often with only the HOPE of a little affection in exchange. I've been there many times. So have most of my female friends and you read about it on this board all the time. So if it's too much trouble for a husband to show a little affection once in a while, and initiate SF in a way SHE might actually enjoy it, then what the heck do we women get married for in the first place????

(disclaimer: I'm still trying to answer that question)
