Nathan's Hot Dogs, is it possible they had chains in CA. Are they beef hot dogs, that are longer than usual? If so, I love those...... Spent WAY too much money there.

Have no idea when I will see The Diplomat again. He is feeling insecure and less than satisfied at work. Doesn't feel like he is there longterm. So, he is not making travel plans for him to come here or me to go there. I can't really afford airline tickets.

Saddens me a bit. I wish I could see him. The more the better.

I don't think it's a reflection on me....it is a monetary issue in terms of long-term finances.

I went to a friend's house for dinner today. I took DD, and she behaved herself for the most part. I just wish her attitude would change. Me, me, me, all about me, and nothing good to say about anyone or anything. It's a downer.

She didn't say much about WH, but what she did say led me to believe that he is getting even more hostile. She mentioned that he has been in town now for 2 months in a row. The A must really be dead. I don't even want to think about it. It just makes me sick how much was sacrificed for nothing. He seems to be taking that out on me even more now. I guess that's still called "fog" huh? I don't think he will ever see that he did anything wrong. Chai took the cake away and she'll forever be a Biatch. If the WS getting M to the OP is a BS's worst nightmare, losing both the spouse and OP must be a WS's worst nightmare.

So Queenie, I know you don't celebrate Christmas, but I hope you had a good day. Cinder and I will call you Saturday night. Cinder doesn't know about that yet (well, now she does I guess).

How I celebrate Christmas is actually wonderful. I take all my children to the movies. They picked out Adam Sandler's Bedtime Stories. It was AWESOME.... Then we come home, waste the day. I watched Judge Judy.... What a kick..

The boys went and rented funny movies that I am probably not approving of, but it was a big day for us three in the healing dept... So, I'm backing off for tonight.

I paint pretty well. I can even cut in. The job I did in my bedroom got compliments from a friend who sometimes paints for a homebuilder who builds mini-mansions. This is your lucky day! I can even hang wallpaper!

Dagnabit!!! I hate it when you get three pattern repeats into something and realize you should have cast on one number of stitches and that you have too many stitches; therefore, you have too little yarn. Then you have to take it all out and start over.

You are so sweet to make a baby blankie for the new baby. DD called today and it may not be too much longer. I'm praying that things change and she turns herself around.


Well, as it turns out I had to complete the interrogatories. I have been working on it for two full days. They asked for all documents from 2003 to present. I don't have half of what was asked for. Banks don't send statements and cancelled checks anymore. This is just so absurd. We are your typical middle class broken family. It's not like we have millions to hide here. What do you do when you just can't afford to fight it? If WH won't agree to working this out ourselves, I'm not sure what I'll do. I just don't have thousands of dollars to keep fighting this.
I am going to send a message asking if he is willing to sit down and negotiate. If he doesn't answer, I guess I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

As for recovery. More and more I don't want it. He has been so nasty and hostile that I'm really beginning to hate him. I'm at the point where I just want to get it over. And fast. I'm convinced that I am better off growing old alone without him. It's better to grow old alone than with someone you can't trust to walk into the other room.

So New Year's Eve. I'm doing nothing. Nada. Zip. And you know what? I like it that way. Cinder and I decided that the bathroom color was a puker, so we picked out a different one. Think I'll paint New Year's Eve. Hey, it's a new tradition. Until I'm lucky enough to get a date someday, I'll just have to entertain myself by doing home improvement.

Don't worry about it if you don't have it. You'll stress yourself out for nothing. I left a few things out myself just because it was getting ridiculous!!
