WATCH your drinking/partying.

Be VIGILANT about getting yourself into sticky situations involving the opposite sex.

Don't lower yourself to what your WS has done. If you do, not only will you lose much SELF-RESPECT, but you will lose a LOT of leverage once you get into recovery. This is not a case of "do as I say, not as I do".

Consider yourself warned that this WILL HAPPEN. I have a theory that BS's put out a scent (or something) once they become a BS...suddenly every loser/predatory OP out there is hitting on you. I've experienced it and it disgusts me.

Anyone willing to get involved with a married person is scum. It might feel flattering to be "hit on" until you remind yourself of this.
