I can't even imagine how the WS would make a comeback and have the desire to be emotionally close to the BS after having been emotionally close to OP for a long while and after having told the BS he would never go back to the M and that the M was a fake all along and he was never happy. How does a WS re-develop the desire for intimacy and emotional connection with the BS..?
At the stage many of us are right now it would seem that a miracle would need to happen

They use these concepts to build a romantic relationship. They start off by spending 20+ hours per week together, meeting each others needs, the whole enchilada. It works!

yes, I know MB works, but my question was...how does the WS decide to come back to the M, does he or she start to have feelings again for BS and decides to contact her? Or he is just broke...OP died etc.. so he is forced to swallow his pride and ask for BS to take him back?
There must be something that motivates the WS to ask the BS to take them back..

Usually when the affair ends, they want to come back. Most affairs end in under 2 years and when that happens, the WS tries to come back. Did you read the Chris Evert thread I posted? She has been married to her OM for 18 months and is getting divorced. She "misses" her husband.

Thanks Pep.
My WH is immune to all these points...if reality bites he moves aside....or bites back.
He has re-written history many times. My plan A was way to long and I was being a doormat..
but yes he might still have a conscience, even Pinocchio had one!

Plan A all carrot NO STICK, is usually a disaster for the BS.
The wayward has no incentive to improve marriage skills.
