I've seen all the ST and SW movies as well.

I'm more of a ST than a SW fan. I've found that I've had to suspend belief and ability to reason a bit too often with the SW movies. Like for example, ignoring all the aerial maneuvering and sounds in space, that whole shebang in "Empire Strikes Back" with the Imperial troops attacking the base. C'mon. What's all the crap about having to "get into range" when firing lasers? And when they "opened the shield" to let rebel ships escape, why didn't just send a nuke down in the opposite direction? I could go on and on about plot holes like that.

OTOH, ST has its time-travel sequences, which are enough to screw up ANY plot, LOL. And SW has a line that's been used forever in 1st person shootups - "Jabba will now hear your pleas for mercy"....

I'll have you know I play the flute. But I was mostly a majorette which makes me less of a nerd. And I don't like the original ST, just TNG and Voyager. Oh, and my H and I enjoy these together, so there. That relates it to MB smile

No, being a trekkie isn't a bad thing, just geeky. grin

Dude, I played the French Horn in 5th and 6th grade. I was first chair. But I consider myself a pianist. Can I ask you something? Do you realize that you were wayward? Even if you're a "former" now? Do you really think that was the best way to handle the situation? What was it in YOU that made you do that? Because if there was nothing you did to make your wife have an affair (and there was nothing you did that justifies that), then there was nothing SHE did either to justify your revenge A- not even her own A. Do you GET this????? Or maybe you'll do this again, to your FWW if you reconcile, or to someone else if they tick you off?

This is what this thread is all about- and I agree with the premise.

Well, then you're just a renter, arent' you? Why would you expect more from FWW? It's now scary for her too, because of what you did.

Why buy the cow when you get the milk for free?

"the french horn is cool"? This has to be a TOS violation. I can handle all the raving and ranting about my RA, but when you say the french horn is cool to play I must bring the mods in..I mean, C'mon..Have you no respect for yourself? That statement was worse than your A! You're in a brass fog..DUDE
