Well... here goes. Something that has helped me: http://www.buddhanet.net/4noble.htmI am not saying go all Anna Kondanna on this. But read through the material and see if there is something that you can adapt for you. I find that quite a bit of Western IC is founded in these principles, and quite a bit of Christianity follows the same principles. In fact, my favorite Patron Saint (St. Francis) lived his life with similar attributes I find here.
