Usually, after having a baby, the emotional exhaustion of mothering is a big factor in not being inspired to eat right and up the activity to get the baby weight off.


Maybe you can brainstorm with W on starting to cook together and finding healthy, yummy foods to prepare as quality time together , eat as a family and all get more active.

Meanwhile, perhaps you can see her flab as sexxy since it is the result of creating life which is the ultimate in sexuality.

Plus more time spent in meeting each others emotional needs will create intimacy which is what you both need.
