DF I am glad you're getting a lot of advice here.

As far as the suit, I can't imagine it being much. All you did was inform family and friends of his behavior. If were no lies or fabrications in anything you sent - then I can't imagine he'd have much of a case. I figure it would be much like a WS suing for slander/ libel. Can't be slander if it is the truth.

His little fantasy world is crumbling and he is going to throw whatever he can at you to scare you into stopping.

You've done nothing wrong.

A line I've always loved around here is "But, hon, I just wanted to share your and OWs happiness with all the people we know. Figure I'd save you the trouble"

Stay the course DF. You're doing great.

My eldest son just called me to tell me WH called him & WH will have a company come & collect his things on Thursday.

My son has also told him, from me, that All I want is the correct financial settlement from him, amicably & have nothing more to do with him.
He refered to a Court Date of the 13th, but that's the Protection Order Date, NOT the date the Attorney gave for the Settlement. Shows hoe much attention he's paying.
WH also said the morgage was in his name & I pointed out to my son the legal contract 'we' have on the property. (Joint Partners - all dicisions regarding finances are made together)
I said to tell WH :
Sign over the property - debt free
Pay the correct 'law appointed' maintenance, for all of us & he can carry on with his life - as I don't want anything to do with him

My son said, I must make no further comments to their compamy, in case he loses his job.
I replied, if he loses his job, then I will need the company to pay me for a confedentiality contract, for what I know about them.

He said he understood & agrees with me that this must all end soon as none of us want to carry on with all the 'he said, she said'

I wish I could type - in a straight line - my keyboard letters are moving !

Go lay down - de-stress and try to relax.

You need to find someone else to field discussions between you and your husband. You shouldn't be having your son do it.

It isn't libel, slander or defamation if it's TRUE.

The whole world now knows what he really is, so he's throwing a tantrum and desperately trying to blame somebody else for HIS actions (like you).

He is just trying to bully you into backing down and shutting up. Do not allow him to succeed.

And I fully agree that your son should NOT be acting as go-between. This is far too much to ask of him and a terrible position to put him in.

Who's the toughest, most loyal friend YOU have--preferably someone your husband knows he can't intimidate into backing down? There's your intermediary. Take you and your sons out of the loop, and turn contact with your husband over to your pit bull.

tl

P.S. Does your husband still have that ileostomy, or did they eventually do a re-anastomosis? Ileostomy bags, in my opinion, would not generally be considered chick magnets! It's irrelevant, really, but since affairs are about excitement and discovery and sex, it just seemed that this would've been somewhat of a drag.

I've just finished e-mailing WH & OW the Extracts from the Lawyers Letters

Highlighting AND Underlining the Dates that their reponses are expected

WH didn't seem to have this straight as he told my son the Settlement Date was the 13th August, when it's actually the 6th.
The 13th August is the Court Date to see whether I need to extend thr Protevtion Order.

Oh Boy!

I even have to spoon feed them the information of when to get their act together

How do they run an International Company!????

I'll speak to my Financial Adviser - he'll know who to recommend

WH does still have the ileostomy (thanks for the spelling!)
Not good on the sexual magnet. It took me about 8 years to get to grips with it, especially when it's doing it's thing in the middle of our thing!
He probably has bandaged around his waist, which is what he did in the beginning with us. But the clip closing the bag scratches you(me) all the time during ... as it's a hard plastic

He's also going bald, has false front teeth & Diabetes II

Sounds like a good catch hey?

I've already told him to remove himself. I've copied him the e-mails with the correct dates, so he can see I've forwarded the info to WH

But WH needs a 'pacifier' he can't do anything for himself & OW won't be too obliging as she's stressing about my law suit against her!

Meant to tell you

My neighbours, who I haven't spoken to for 6 months - that's another story, came round this afternoon to offer support.
after he left, about an hour later, his wife came round with a Meal Replacment Supplement, because I've lost so much weight!

You know when things go pear shaped in your life, there are always Good People out there who come into your life, when you least expect it, or them to be there for you!

I'm rambling - I know

Since I sent the 2 e-mails, I've had replies of support from:
34 people here, where I live!
The rest have called me, & are still calling every day to check in with me.

They tell me nonsense stories to make me laugh.

My 1 friend has a game farm. She has 1/2 dozen horses, who live in a sperate camp. Anyway when she got home today, with the lions food, she 'counted' the horses legs & there were 4 TOO MANY.
she then looked up & saw that their giraffe has now joined the horses, drinking from their water, eating from the thorn trees above their heads.

This IS A WILD GIRAFFE.

So now they have to try & buy 2 female giraffes to keep him in his own heard & try and 'undo' his identity crises.

Her sister trains their 2 lions (1 x male & 1 x female) for TV ads. They were born & raised in captivity, but I would NEVER trust the female, she stalks you outside the camp!

They are also starting a re-hab for injured wild life, what amazing people

I want to start a small horse re-hab, once my nonsene is over. Taking in 4 or 5 abused horses & nursing them back to health & find them good homes.

I live in a BIG city - well just outside on the larger properties.

Well you might have an idea where, with the World Cup etc.

My friends game farm is a 2 hour drive north & I can 'pop up' there whenever I want.
It's heaven

The another frind lives in what I could eqaute to Maine, & she wants me to go down to her, when 'it's' over.

I also want to go to Alaska for the Northern Lights / Gallop 1 of MY horses on the beach / swim with the dolphins

Could be a busy time ahead!

If you have it hosted on a website like flikr.com or photobucket yes, you use the "full reply screen" at the bottom - one of the options lets you put in an image, you take the address of the image and put it in the dialoge box that pops up.
