A couple weeks back I had a friend of the family that works a lot with Universal bring over the Soundtrack to Wicked. The family sat arond and listened to it and everyone loved the entire idea. I'm planning on buying tickets for the family whe it comes to our City, since it's currently on tour, but I was wondering if anyone else had seen it? Does it translate well on stage and what age ranges would probably enjoy it most? And honestly is it as good as everyone says it is? Let me know <img src="/ubbt/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

About the best musical I've ever been to, but it could be scary for small children. My DD read the book and said that the play follows it closely. Buy tickets early.

I have seen it 2x now. Once in LA and once in SF and although they were a little different due to the size of the theater- it is an amazing show and would take my family the next time. The first time was a first date then we went again on our honeymoon since they happened to be in town. GO GO GO
