Sorry you are here but you are getting outstanding advice. I have been and still am in a very similar situation. I have been battling this infidelity crap for well over a year. It ain't easy, but your kids are worth the effort.

I just want to echo the advice to kill her internet. I have done most of the suggested actions in my situation and the only regret I have, and possibly the underlying reason I have been unsuccessful, is that I did not cut off my WW's internet connection early on. I had other rational reasons for allowing her to remain connected at the time, but if I was honest with myself at the time, fear of her anger was also one of them. By the time I realized it, it was too late to make a difference. Learn from my mistake. CUT THE INTERNET....NOW.

I think this will go a long way towards you gaining respect back for yourself, and in her eyes. You would be doing it to stand up for your marriage and protect your family. Sure, she will be mad, but that's OK. Besides, she will be mad at you anyway after you expose. You must do that too.
