Mr. Weiner stated that he did not use "government resources" in his sexcapades.

For his information, Mr. Weiner himself IS a "government resource", and therefore is guilty of using same in his sexcapades.

As a paid Representative of the People of his District, he is a government resource, at their call at all times. He is a 24/7 paid employee, and must stand ready at all times to be able to go to Washington on behalf of the People. He may be called at 2:30 am due to a national emergency; he may be needed at 6 am for a world crisis. He is one of under 600 people specifically chosen for this representation, and he must hold himself to a higher standard, always diligent, always ready to LEAD.

This would NEVER include taking photos of his genitalia, in any gymnasium, and then passing them out to women he finds attractive.

Besides being reprehensible, lewd, and "common", it is simply beneath what would be expected of the dignity and responsibility of the office he holds.


And THAT is what Ms. Pelosi and anyone else who wants to give him a pass seems to ignore.


What is more is that any school janitor, cafeteria worker, teacher's aide, teacher, principal, or superintendent would have been summarily fired for this behavior. Most professionally licensed people, such as pharmacists, therapists, social workers, architects, teachers, police officers, etc., would lose their licensure for this garbage.


Instead, he gets to "choose" to stay in his job.



What he forgets is that the People hold a trump card.


It is called "The Power of the Recall". It has happened before.
