he has given me the password to his cell phone. He said he will be honest with me from now on. He said he does not want to be that man. He wants his family. If he did not want that he would of left a long time ago. He loves me and I am the one he wants to be with.

If you are separated. But if you stay with him while he continues contact with his OW it will take a terrible toll on you mentally and physically. I would separate until he gets another job. Recovery of your marriage is hopeless until that happens.

That didn't stop him from having 2 affairs. The word of a liar means nothing.

Pg, I know exactly how you are feeling I have 4 little boys and one of them has a congenital heart defect and I allowed my H to carry on working with OW for a year after I found out a out the affair, there was no further romance between them from d day onwards but believe me when I say it was the worse year of my life, I became so depressed, it killed that he was working with her and it destroyed our marriage even more than the A. With the insight of MB he quit his job and yes I'm not going to lie we did struggle but that was nothing compared to him working with the OW.

There is no hope for you two if they carry on working together. trust the vets on here no amount of financial stability can make up for the pain and distruction you will go through if they carry on working together.

This is garbage. If he wanted his family he would have protected his family by not having affairs in the first place! The truth is that he wanted the attention from other women and wanted to hide it from you so he could continue his infidelities. You both have a long way to go.

And I will ask you this again:

Did you read the articles that I linked????? Yes, or no?

Doesn't he realize that if they both stay & he becomes the (her) boss, he'll still be at risk of a lawsuit & losing his job anyway? (And thus losing the insurance that cares for your child anyway.) Is he dumb?

He needs to quit that job & get another one elsewhere. But even apart from remaining in a situation where his ability to provide for you is at risk, your marriage can't recover while they remain in contact.

And you need to tell him what my wife told me after my first & only affair -- see 2nd quote below, in red text. And he needs to know that you mean it.
