My spouse won't go to one on one counseling. I think we are in similar positions. My heart goes out to you.

Bookgal do you understand Plan A and Plan B?

What do you think about trying these plans?

Even if your spouse never gets on board, they provide excellent peace and healing for the BS.

Meantime the WS is shown what a great marriage will look like in Plan A, and what a divorce will look like in Plan B. Then its up to them.

MSA makes lots of references to your anger. Now I know that he is both a) untruthful and b) completely exasperating but you absolutely MUST eliminate anger.

Your tone must be bright, light, confident and assertive. Your face serene. That's Plan A.

Any anger is counterproductive and will be used to demonise you.

Plan A lasts only three weeks, so work it like a rockstar.
