You cannot realize how very dangerous it is for your H and the OW to remain in the same work environment, even though they may not see each other daily.
I bought the line that it was too costly for my WH to leave his present position immediately, that his transfer was "in process" and would take a few months. It ended up taking 6 months, during which the A continued underground while my H gave me HOURLY faked reports of his "limited, professional-only contact".
Affairs are addictions, and WS's are not in control of themselves. Ask any former wayward...
My advice is to go to his superior and HR department (YOU do this, to ensure it happens), explain the situation, ask that whatever measures necessary to separate the two are undertaken. Companies do not want to encourage an A, especially once it is exposed. I learned the hard way. Don't you, too...
