I know that some states do not permit them used unless both parties know they are being used, or sometimes they let you record if one person (that is, you) knows that recordings are being made. Well, if you can cite me some sources for this, I will be happy to stand corrected and admit I'm wrong. Hey, I could be wrong, but I have yet to see one case that came to court over it. The ones that get caught by this usually have bigger fish to fry anyway (explaining themselves and their actions) than wondering about what is legal or not.
Every man I meet is in some way my superior; and in that I can learn of him.

I would not permit any state to prevent me from using a recorder in my own home. That is not a right that most people would relinquish to any government.

I do not know which states prohibit it, I only know what has been suggested on other threads here when VARs were recommended.
One year becomes two, two years becomes five, five becomes ten and before you know it, you've wasted your whole life on a problem you can't solve. That's one way to spend your life. -rwinger
I will not spend my life this way.

I'm with you, Mel! When the time comes for me to incite my revolution, can I count on you to mobilize Oklahoma?
