Hi guys thanks very much for all your input, jedi knight i thought that you were being quite harsh saying cut toxic people out of your life...........can i just say you were so right. I will look and act on your advice in the future.
The holiday was strained to say the least. Me trying to be civil for the other 6 on the holiday, him trying to manipulate the situation...... The holiday is over which is a big relief but now im back to square one and its a if everything is raw again. On a positive note though he has accepted my offer to buy me out of the property we both co own and at the price i specified.
