NG, excellent advice as always. Poetically given lol. I am new to this MB stuff but I have a question in regards to said advice to catwhit and any other passerby. Should she do this with her FWW or do this by herself and bam! Hit him over the head with it?
I think (I am open to corrections) this is something they should tackle together with her being the Quarterback and he wide receiver. Could be good form of UA?!

Go back to my second-last note, TD:

At the initial agreement, the definition of what must be done will be broken down in its constituent parts, each with their own deadline, and WH will be expected to report back on accomplishment of each section.
And BTW: If Taffy is an FWW, CW has a whole different set of problems! faint

TD and BetrayedP;

Thx for the interest.
And yes, TD, Taffy is my WH. I will be happy to award him his F when he completely de-fogs.

NG: Really good direction for me and Taff. I am inspired!

Cool! So when the "2013 MB Peer Counselor of the Year" election is held, I can count on your vote?

Certainly! What's the prize? A toaster? Or maybe an electric blanket?

If the Duopoly works, why break it?

One year becomes two, two years becomes five, five becomes ten and before you know it, you've wasted your whole life on a problem you can't solve. That's one way to spend your life. -rwinger

I will not spend my life this way.

We need way more than just ONE MB Peer Counsellor of the Year. Maybe a group of awards, "Order of the Peerage, 2013" for those most in the trenches?

Maybe we have a female and male award?

Like "Best Actress" and "Best Actor"?

"Best Female MB peer counselor" and "Best Male MB peer counselor"? Then NG doesn't always have to be a bridesmaid!

I'm with Armymama my votes will remain secret!!!

laugh

Catwhit,

I just noticed this. I thought one of his EPs were no overnights apart?

But then, emergency meeting required him to leave a day earlier, so now it will be 4 nights by my count. No way I could accompany him as he is driving into the desert, and there is no more room in the vehicle, nor room at the mine camp.

Thanks for your thoroughness, Brainy.

Actually our agreement, vetted by SH, is max of 2 nights apart. And that I will go along if it is longer, or, if it under 2 nights, I will go along if it is possible.

In is case, Taffy told me he was going to be gone for the two nights/3 days. Then he booked his flights, and emailed me the itinerary. When I looked it over, I realized his flight didn't get in until after 11 pm, upon his return. And we are a two-hour drive from the airport. So my perspective is that he will therefore be away for 3 nights.

Taffy's perspective is that it is only two nights, since he should make it home by 1 or 1:30 am.

So, we disagree on that front.

In this case, he is meeting colleagues and they are driving a company vehicle 4 hours into the desert to a mine site. There is no room in the vehicle for an extra person. So I really couldn't go on this trip.

Then, few days before departure, Taffy got the request to leave a day earlier, which he did. By my count, then, total of 4 nights. By Taffy's, 3 nights.

We will be discussing further when Taff gets back.

I will use my time today going back over the EP list, make a specific itemized action plan for Taff, with due dates, then break the items into individual, accomplishable, measurable tasks.

So, still intent on making a late push for "2013 MBPCotY", I feel compelled to ask about your success in this arena. (Or should we break them down "into individual, accomplishable, measurable tasks"? wink )
