Just asking...thought some might be in direct contact. Her silence is of concern.

Thanks for asking about me, Surfer! I am still around, but mostly just have time for reading on the fly. I recently took on a new position at my company that keeps me real busy and my DH and I have found a couple of new hobbies. I am still around, just not nearly as active.

I also wondered. Glad to know that you're okay and flourishing!

Congrats!

And, enjoy your new hobbies. We need to find some new hobbies in our location, our previous hobbies were all outside hobbies and in the frigid north that doesn't work! smile

Does that mean you gave up pistol whipping? MrRollieEyes

I'll be sad if we don't see you here as often, but to my mind, the marriage is the single most important thing in life, so if your new hobbies benefit your marriage I will be delighted for you.

People were asking about you. They can continue to update each other now!

Hobbies? I would posit that taking classes to replace "pistol whipping" with its electronic upgrade does not constitute "hobbies"!

I was worried about you Melody. What a relief to know that you are okay! Your absence is deeply felt here.

All the best in your new position and hobbies.

Woo hoo, ML! Glad you are doing well! (NG: hilarious image!) Good luck in the job-ish-ness, and new hobbies. You are missed...but then Wheels posted this weekend. Cycle of MB life goes on.

Best to you!! smile

PS: why do I feel like these "new hobbies" are going to make me feel inadequate about myself? ML hobbies to keep her from MB are going to be running for Congress in some country in need of a new leader after climbing some mountain and then taking up boxing. In Thailand. In a cage. Co-ed. Teamed with her DH. For fun UA time.

NOTE TO SELF: get to the gym or something.

Miss you ML! You will always be the OW to me. The OW my husband couldn't ignore. The one who captured my husband's attention. How sneaky you are. I can't thank you enough.

Good luck with your new job and the new hobbies with your H, Mel! You're a great example of prioritizing - your marriage first, other stuff second.

But don't you DARE get the idea that we don't need you here! smile
