Thank you both, Catwhit and Prisca! I'll look into relaxation techniques.

Prisca, I'm going thru your "What to do with an Angry Husband" thread. Lots of radio clips for H and I to listen to tomorrow that he's off!! =)

Hello everyone, it has now been 6.5 months since D Day. We are doing great, but I am still triggering and I really hate it. Im not sure if you remember my call, but I am in my last semester of becoming a teacher.
With this career, I have to relate to so many topics etc. With tha, comes childrens literature about Japan and their culture. Then there is Social Studies, and that is pretty extensive.

I am hating myself for feeling sick and anxious everytime we discuss this in class. I feel physically ill, and can't concentrate on my job. This is bothersome, as I need to educate my students about the country and culture. It would be unprofessional of me to not do so.

Of course I try very hard to not think about it, but it's just there nagging at me. Which then leads to an emotional me, especially since I have to drive home the same way thay he drove to see OW, since my school is in yhe same town. So by the time I get home I am this emotional wreck trying not to bring up the past, but feeling emotionally drained.

So, how can I attempt to fix myself? Lol.
