I emailed Dr. H and they addressed my question on their show today. Basically Dr. H said just to get another job. That is what I'm working on right now. Hopefully I can find one soon enough.

I would consult an attorney to see if you can get some sort of severance due to hostile work environment

I listened to the show.
Dr. H is right that you simply can not teach the OW.
That would be hell. Utter hell.
I pray you find another job super soon! You must be a good professor and the place you are at currently is short sighted at what they will be forced to do if you leave (and you must).

Even if I miracously find a way not to teach that class, I would be seeing OW for at least 5 more years.
I have run into her a lot of times since Dday, maybe 10 or 15 times. Don't know if it is intentional on her part, but it feels like. One day we even bumped into each other...

Its one of the 10 Commandments
