It sounds like depression. Dr. Harley says waywards going through withdrawal often experience depression.
She doesn't have to believe that this program will work at this point. She just has to keep NC with the OM, and be willing to let you make LB$ deposits.
And your continued Plan A will be slowly building the bridge back together.

She told me tonight that she feels empty and that she doesn't even believe in love anymore. Is this withdrawal or something more serious? Will she go to her doctor and get some ADs? Dr. Harley will recommend anti-depressants during this tough time.

I can understand the feeling empty part. I would imagine that when she says she doesn't believe in love anymore what she probably means is that she doesn't feel capable of love right now.

It's been a while since I've posted. I just wanted to update this thread and say that things are going a lot better. It's been messy and difficult and we are still working on things, but it is SO MUCH better. If someone is reading this that is going through the aftermath of an affair, have hope, your marriage has a chance.
I appreciate all the support I received from this forum and recommend the advice found in Dr. Harley's books.
