At this point, your main focus needs to be on exposing the affair far and wide.
Read the EXPOSURE 101 link in MelodyLane signature and return after you have read it.
Your counselor's plan has not and will not kill the affair or save your marriage.
Dr. Harley's plan can do so but you need to follow his steps diligently and the first step is exposure.
