Haven't exposed the affair because I have no firm proof, and I've ceased reasoning with the WW. The WW and the OM have conversations during her working hours so the recording isn't an option.
*Looking into the spyware programs
*Frequently checking her voicemail
*Know the name of her hidden g-mail account, but haven't cracked the code.
Since I've quit reasoning, she's become more relaxed and I think she'll become complacent and make a mistake.

Since I've quit reasoning, she's become more relaxed and I think she'll become complacent and make a mistake. You are on the right path!! I would also look into a voice activated recorder in her car. These are very easy to install. You can buy them at Radio Shack or Walmart and velcro it under her seat.

Good job. Consider getting a GPS on her vehicle too. In case she ever leaves work unexpectedly.
