I'm in kind of a wierd mood today so I thought I'd start a poll of all those song titles out there that act as triggers. Before discovery I used to laugh wholeheartedly at the Country music played backwards joke, and then after discovery I became it's biggest fan. (Ha Ha Ha) Anyway, I'll start off the list... Unless you want to purposely ball your eyes out I'd stay away from the entire Surfacing album by Sarah Mclaughlin. There's also an Eagles song, but I can't remember the title right now.

"Some Kind of Wonderful"..."talkin' 'bout my baby... I forget who wrote it...it's an oldie.
The whole first part of that song... "I don't have to run around, I don't have to stay out all night, cause I got me a sweet, sweet lovin' woman..."
My H used to sing that too me everytime we heard it. It was one of our fav's. It came on the radio last night when we were in the car, he started singing, and I told him, he's gotta earn this song back... a bit of a LB? Oh well, right? ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
And that darned "Goin' to the Chapel"...stay away!!!!
It's kind of hard to listen to the radio at all, because it all reminds me of "before d-day"...

"Cross My Heart" by George Strait.... it really sucks because I love that song! The fist time I heard it, I knew it would be the first dance at our wedding. "Broken Promises" by Randy Travis is another one that gets me.... there are so many.

How about some GOOD songs to listen to? Like:
Cher -- "Believe", "All or Nothing" and "Now I'm Strong Enough" (I think that's the title-- it's track # 5 on the CD). One more on that CD don't know the title but it goes 'Sooner or later, we all sleep alone'.
I also really like "All Things Considered" by Yankee Gray.
Anyhoo, those are my motivational songs! I also like to listen to Metalica - The Black Album. They get my blood pumping, and make me feel better. My own personal "Kick @$$" songs!
Thoughts & Prayers,
B

------------------
There are deep sorrows and killing cares in life, but the encouragement and love of friends were given us to make all difficulties bearable.
-- John Oliver Holmes
The opposite of love is not hate, it's indifference.
-- Elie Wiesel
