Hi OOOO,
I'm sorry for all your months upon months of frustration, and I don't see this as whining in any way. You have been in this for so long and given it all your best efforts, very tenacious man, and to be admired.
OOOO, I look at this a bit differently. Remember how our WS's didn't tell us we weren't meeting their needs before they started in an A? All we wanted was for them to tell us that things had gotten so serious for them that they were feeling vunerable to an A.
Well .... don't you think you should discuss the domestic support issues with your wife knowing that you are seriously contemplating a separation or worse? I know you (and I too for that matter) would be afraid she'd perceive it as an LB but it truly isn't .... at this point, IT'S A BOUNDARY. You cannot and should not be expected to do it all. I can see doing all the domestic stuff and working too for maybe a short term while your W recovers and gets grounded again, but IMVHO this has gone on a bit too long. You deserve a marriage and a marriage partner who will participate in the marriage and will provide you with your EN of domestic support.
Okay .. I'm done spouting off. Sorry, OOOO. I just think it may be time for your W to realize you have boundaries.
The reason I'm most concerned is eventually you are going to lose all love for your W, OOOO. And when that happens it may be too late for your W. She deserves to know how serious this is becoming. Just like we (BS) should have been told before the WS had an A.
I care what happens to you, OOOO. I don't know how you've weathered this for so long. Like WAT recommended, perhap have Steve or Jenn coach you on what should be done next. I hope and pray your W will start appreciating what a treasure she has in you before it's too late.
You have been, and are still, in my prayers.
Love,
Jo
